As I stated in my first response, Mr*** was very happy with the roof we did at his home. Unfortunately, the extra work that we performed at no charge ($1,value) for Mr *** wasn’t done quick enough for him He was very rude when he talked to my wife on the phoneI feel we went beyond what was in the contract

I am willing to sign releaseHowever, $is not acceptable.Front decking 1st level still has to be done over. They never purchased inside materials for which they received payment. This has caused a great deal of financial set backs & delays. They took over month to complete Phase 1, at which only 2/3's which was completed to our satisfaction.I had to find another Contractor, because of Fortin Company unauthorizeduse of materials deposit paymentThis is causing additional expenses. If a more respectable offer is made.We will be willing to sign release & cease any further legal actions. Just one additional CommentWhen I started to search for contractors.By habit, I always check Revdex.com website 1st.Fortin Company had an A+ rating, that's the only reason, I selected this company.Very disappointed & discouraged, we have always viewed Revdex.com, as the standard accuracy & excellence. For the service & information they provide..And please advise MR *** & Mr ***.That we do not desire to be contacted directly by these individuals.Any further communication can be through Revdex.com or Attorneys, if needed & becomes necessary

Fortin Cowas paid in full on June 27, The work was finally completed on July 14, - seventeen days later, just to set the record straightFurthermore, the repair of the rakes was included in the contractAs for the two steps that were repaired, I appreciated the offer to repair them and thanked *** *** for doing the work, but there was no quid pro quo involvedThe stairs were dislodged when another of Fortin's workers stepped on them in an awkward way when he was at my home preparing an estimate for work I was planning on having doneI didn't make an issue of it then and never asked *** *** to repair them for meHe volunteered to do the work without chargeAs for the business about me being disrespectful to anyone, that's a total lieI did call Fortin's three or four times after the full amount had been paid because the work that I had been promised would be done wasn't doneIt's nice that Mr.Fortin thinks that my time isn't valuable to meWhen someone tells me they are going to show up to finish a job and they never show up or even call, and they cause me to waste two days of my time, I consider that a bad business practiceAs for the nails, they were left in my driveway after the dumpster was removed and were the nails that were used in the repair of the rakesAlso, the oil stains on my driveway were left by the compressor, not by any vehicles, and were not noticed until after all the waste and left over materials had been removedThe stains were not there prior to Fortin's arrivalI hope this clears up all of MrFortin's misconceptions and inaccurate representationsMy advice to him is to own up to the truth instead of making matters worseI lived up to my end of the agreementIf Fortin Cohad lived up to their end, this problem wouldn't exist nowIs MrFortin aware of the fact that I tipped the roofers when they finished the roof on June and that I also helped them on that day with the cleanup and also provided them with drinks throughout the day? I wasn't required to do any of that and it's only now that I'm mentioning it for the first time because of MrFortin's uninformed, ignorant characterization of meLet me put it this way: a satisfied customer never complains.

Mr. [redacted]'s job was completed on time as per contract. When we are doing the job, we noticed some issues with Deck Stairs ( unsafe and Homeowner had cordoned off Deck) I offered to fix the problem at no cost. I also offered to fix rotted rake at no cost. This work was not part of the Contract and...

Homeowner was not charged for this. We did take about 3 days to go back and do this work at " No Charge ". Homeowner states that there is oil stains on Driveway, our trucks are new and there are not leaks. This was never mentioned to [redacted] when balanced was paid. His only request was that we finish the "No Charge" part of the job. We completed the extra work at no cost to the Customer. Throughout the job, Mr. [redacted] called the office several times, telling us how to do the job, and he was very disrespectful to the office staff. As for nails on Driveway, we performed daily magnetic clean up, on occasion after Dumpster is removed there may be some minimal debris under the Dumpster. if we are notified of any Debris, we go back. We were never notified of any problem until we received this notice. If you have any other questions, please call the office at [redacted]. Thank you

My Company did phase #1, You and I plus [redacted] were outside at the end of Phase #1.  You had no complaints about the work. Now looking at this job, I don't think you had any intentions for us to do Phase #2.[redacted]  has been a member in good standing with the Revdex.com going back to the early 1980's. Many certificates of good standing under [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], and Fortin Co.Thank You[redacted]

Reg: [redacted] complaint at [redacted]Folks; Check out 3 story very large Porch.  Completely rebuilt with PVC & trek style post ceiling, deck etc.  People are stopping by saying how beautiful it is.  Even asking for Fortin co to do work for them.Phase #1 is...

finished.  Fortin Co is ready for phase #2.  According to Fortin Co policy, we need 1/3 to start job for materials, 1/3 halfway thru job, and balance upon completion; with 100% satisfactionWhen we receive the 1/3, we are ready to go.Mr. [redacted] is not being cooperative.  Company will patiently wait till Mr. [redacted] will become reasonably cooperative.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. What was completed after almost 4 months was 2/3 completed satisfactory, agreed. They are stating do not have money for materials that they were paid for in advance on May 4, 2017, for 2nd phase of contract. [See attached contract & Checks PAID] Have been exceedingly patient & cooperative. Completely inappropriate to state we have not been cooperative by Fortin Company & Associates.I find it offensive & inappropriate to state that we have been uncooperative    The 2nd phase Fortin Company & associates rec

Regarding complaint # [redacted] - Brockton ma $21,700.00 for front porch We completed first phase of the project reg: rebuild 3 story porch. When it was time to do Phase #2, rehabbing the inside Apartment, which is a $23,300.00 remodeling job, according to Company standard, 1/3 down, 1/3 in the middle of the job. and 1/3 when job is done and to Customer's satisfaction.  Mr. [redacted] will not give our Company 1/3 down for us to order the material and pay for the material for the second phase.  My licensed and insured Carpenter walked off the job in frustration.  We are willing to resolve this situation as soon as Mr.[redacted] is cooperatative.  There is a balance due Mr. [redacted] from phase #1 of $800.00.  Losing my licensed Carpenter, will make it very difficult to get Phase #2 done in a timely manner.  We are willing to give the $800.00 back to Mr. [redacted] upon a written release.
