C&R Paint & Body

The owner of C & R Paint and Body, [redacted], was hired to do body work on my vehicle after I was involved in an accident. He wrote an invoice for the parts and services that the vehicle would need. The insurance company paid the amount he invoiced for. I received the car back without the proper equipment and fraudulent service parts replaced on my vehicle. I attempted to contact the owner and was disconnected from all means of contact. I was awarded a judgment of nearly $4,000 and Mr. [redacted] still has not paid me. He continues to do business in this same fashion to unbeknownst residents of Barnwell County and other surrounding areas.
