I hate to jump on the bandwagon of giving a bad review, but I believe it is necessary at this point. I think you have to take some reviews with a grain of salt as you only hear one side of the story, however there is something to all of these negative reviews. I have been nothing but professional and kind when dealing with CR and I continually feel as if I'm a burden. When I am out of my lease, I will be sure to come back and give more details. As for now, I am fearful that they will screw me over. Believe the bad reviews is all I'll say for now.

We originally sent the tenant her security deposit refund on 1/14/14.  I do not know why she did not receive the check.  We have spoken with the tenant, confirmed that we have her correct forwarding address.  We put a stop payment on the original check and have reissued the...

refund.  We have communicated this with the tenant and all issues appear to be resolved.Thank you.

Moved into a property owned by James Powers through CRP and it was filthy, upon move in and everything, I mean everything was broken. I appreciate them fixing everything in a timely manner but after one thing breaks literally the next day another thing breaks. Great property for a great price just wish things were ready upon moving in. I also took pictures of how dirty things were before we moved in, I will clean the place reasonably before we move out, but if they expect it spotless I'll show them what they made us move into.

To start this off lets keep in mind that my mother has been a Rental Management Company for over 12 years in WA. I moved to Arizona to continue my education. So was excited when I finally found a great place to move and live, provided to me by CR Property Services. This is where the story starts, again I lived in my house for 6 months without a single issue, rent paid, never a complaint. Until one day it rains, and what do u know my roof was leaking, no obviously I am not the only one who called this company and requested someone come out, and yet did not get a call back, so I gave them 24 hour leeway, still nothing.. I called again and was told someone would come out. That was good enough for me. I went to class and left early to come home so that I was able to let them in my home. yet no one showed until 8 pm that night. Oh well atleast it would be fixed right...NOT they did nothing but walk around on the roof for an hour. How I found this out I called a friend from school. because my roof was still dripping. ok so cant count on the company to fix the issue. I hired someone myself So again the next month my water heater stopped working but to them this was not an emergency 4 days I waited for someone to com fix it. Not so bad right 2 problem the whole time living there.. Well that when my lease ended and I planned on moving into something smaller as it was just me and my son. I cleaned the house top to bottom, no holes in the wall, no stained on the carpet, brand new looking stove and fridge as well as new paint in the rooms as my son did draw on the wall. which me being a property managments daughter I know to take pictures, I have a picture of every wall, carpent, applence that was in house the day we moved, but yet they kept my deposit and are demanding another 1500 in damage.. WTF are u kidding me.. This management property is not here for their customers nor anyone else they are in this for the money, money hungry company and would not pay a dime to take care of any of their tendants. This company will one day fall and I will be this first in line clapping as they shut the doors. Just pathetic unprofessional people, and believe me a few of the property managers should are rude, cold, women... This company is what is wrong with this country these days..

Review: I was going to move on 11/7 to a property owned by CR Proporties. I gave them a money for $320.00 for a deposit. My son was in a horrible accident on Friday and is going to have to several surgeries so I am going to have to miss at least two weeks of work. So unfortunately I am not going to be able to move physically or finically right now contacted them today and tell them I will no longer be moving and when can I have my deposit back. Mary from the company stated that it is in the application saying that I dont get a refund on my deposit. This what it states in the application online. I have not done any of those listed below there for I am entitled to get my deposit back.

CR Properties has been a cesspool for years now. My family and I have tried to get them to fix basic problems to make the house livable (walls falling apart, electricity down/exposed wires, water not working, etc) and they keep putting it off. I can't even say who I am for fear these corporate monsters will kick my family out to the street because we had something negative to say about them. Somebody please save us! I've seen it suggested before, but somebody please get this "company" under investigation. They don't even let us speak to the owner.

I moved in to a house rented by CR Property Services, to start off I'm paying for a four bedroom house, the back room has no ac I complained no one came to fix it, on sept 4th it rained and flooded the whole back living room, I called no response, emailed no response when they finally did it took 2 weeks to get this problem taken care of I had to pay to stay another place because of my small children and the smell was that bad, 15 days they took out the carpet and drywalls upon my returning to pick up items they were using my electric to run 7 insutrial fans for 2 day huge electric bill, there is mold on the wood frame where they removed the drywall. A week later when they finally called and said it was taken care of the simply built more drywall over the moldy wood, then I come home and this is still no carpet tile anything, until 2 days later I call again to get told they would be there to fix it tomorrow and yet took another 2 days.. This rental company is horrible and I would not recommend anyone to them. I was out of my house for 15 days and they want me to pay the full month when I had to pay for a hotel because of their laziness.. I will be moving and getting a lawyer. Horrible..

Review: I rented a house managed by CR Property Service. In October 2013 gave 2 month notice to move out of the house. Moved out in December 2013. After deducting expenses from the security deposit, I was to receive 430.00 back per CR Property Service. In an e-mail from [redacted] on Jan 17, 2014, she stated the check was in the mail. It has been almost 10 days and I have not received the check. CR Property Service office is located on [redacted] and my apartment is located on [redacted]. It should not take 10 days to get this check across town. I have asked [redacted] for the exact date the check was mailed, but she just says that I should get the check any day. [redacted] has not given me this information and has not responded to my other e-mails. [redacted] has in the past ignored phone calls and e-mails to me. This is becoming very frustrating and I am tired of being told I will get the check any day. I get mailed faster from the [redacted] of the US.Desired Settlement: I want my refund check of 430.00 sent to me and I want an exact date the check was mailed.

CR property do not return calls or at least certain people. Do not fix things in a timely matter or issue new lease/contract in a timely manner.

We lived at one of the property for over 3 years. From day one the house needed a lot of work. To my understanding it was barely under CR Property management. Any time we placed a call for maintenance problems, we felt like we were harassed by [redacted]. There has been multiple incidents that occurred where the issues were not fixed in a timely manner,it took almost a week for them to complete. For instance, a back up flow where the water was coming out from the showers and toilets. A plumber came but it turned out to be the laundry room. We called again to the company with no return calls. My family and I could not take showers or use the bathroom. We called our own plumber and paid out of pocket. I sent receipt to CR Property. They still refused to refund us. Water heater broke over the weekend, had no hot water to take showers. We got frowned on that issue. Last incident was the AC breaking I believe in August. Living in phoenix you need this. It took almost a week to be fixed. My kids and I had to sleep in the living room with fans. We stressed the urgency of this issue but no remorse since they didn't have to sleep there. Finally when we could not make the payments anymore. We made an agreement since they slacked on issuing the new contract nearly 3 years after the first. When I spoken to Maria she said to have the house clean as detail fridge and stove. All of this was complete the whole house was done we also cleaned the blinds and washboards. My husband did the landscape. This was the agreement. Every thing was asked, I was on my way to the house to install new light bulbs and filters but I received a call that [redacted] ran my husband and my oldest son off the property. They got into an argument saying the walls needed to be clean or painted. That was not the agreement. He complained about the landscaping, my husband is a landscaper for 17 years. So unfortunately my husband and my son had to leave some valuable items because [redacted] ranned them off. Now CR property are trying to charge another month of rent when they kept the deposit. I personally do not recommend this company. This was our first company to use as renters and the last.
