*** is at fault here they advertised a rebate that did not exist.We tried to work it out with *** but were not successful.We have now ordered fixtures that are pre approved by ***We are willing to return the deposit and when the new fixtures arrive we will bring them to the customerand see if
they would like us to install them

Review: On 6/19/15 sales person [redacted], representing CR Resource Contracting, sold us a retro fit lighting system, delivery and installation was promised within 6 weeks. A deposit of $4,365.00 was made. As of 8/17/15 no contact has been made by the company. We have made many unsuccessfully phone calls inquiring about the delivery of our product.Desired Settlement: At this point we would immediately like our deposit of $4,365.00 returned.

Review: On 06/04/2015 [redacted] representing CR Resource Contracting sold us LED retrofit upgrade lights for our shop. We were told this was part of a [redacted] rebate program to get the upgrade of the lights for only a $10 deposit per light fixture. We then wrote a check for the deposit of $250.00 to CR Resource Contracting and was given a 30 day window when they will come in and install. We have called and called and keep getting the run around from the company from excuses like: [redacted] wants to come and inspect your current lights, [redacted] didn't approve our lights so were waiting for different ones, We are waiting on LED light fixtures, and other countless excuses from doing the work that was promised. We were even given the owners phone number and called him and asked for a refund and he said he will send [redacted] down and put us on priority list, this did not happen.Desired Settlement: Would like LED retrofit upgrades installed as promised as soon as possible.

Review: On March 6, 2015 Ryan Aubuchon representing CR Resource Contracting sold us an energy efficient upgrade to our lighting. They collected a deposit of $1,260.00 and promised a scheduled installation date at approximately 30 days. Contacts with them since have been met with other excuses and broken promises. Recent attempts at having items installed have resulted in non-returned phone calls and emails.Desired Settlement: Would like product installed as promised immediately.
