Worst dental experience of my lifetime. Extremely unprofessional in all aspects. Doctor C is very abrasive, confrontational and just rude. You are not treated as a patient more so like a lab rat or as an irate customer at best. Doctor C yelled, and even blamed me for the experience that I had under his care. I have asked for my records on numerous occasions just to be ignored. The place is dirty, loud, unorganized and always in a shamble. The staff eat lunch at the front desk and in the same rooms that you are being treated in. They play loud rock music during the procedures which are being performed by students who lack the basic skills such as proper suturing and have zero bedside manner. I had 5 implants placed in one visit, only 2 took. When I asked to be reimbursed for the difference, I was told that the extra work done to fix the failures negated that cost. I do not see the correlation between them fixing their mistakes and me being reimbursed. When I mentioned taking this further and seeking legal action, I was quickly placed on the phone with Dr C and he reassured me that he has better lawyers than I do, and he would see me in court in 4 years. I was not asking for the entire fee to be refunded just the difference. I can only hope that this will change some people's minds from going here and will somehow rekindle why Dr C became a dentist in the first place. Was it to only make money or did you want to help people that are obviously in pain and suffering. You should be ashamed.

In response to complaint [redacted] [redacted] was NOT seen at Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry of Peoria She was seen at Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry at Johnson Ranch located in San Tan Valley.The dentistry she had done was done in September of Then in July of she calls stating there was a problem with the work done (years after the work was done) She never came back one time after thatNever called with any complaints never came back for any adjustments never came back for a routine cleaning [redacted] at the Johnson Ranch location spoke to her several times regarding all of this [redacted] also suggested that she have her new dentist call us or send us x-rays or pictures of the problemWe do not have a refund policyIf there is a problem that develops in a timely manner some times we can pro-rate the cost of replacement.All of this was explained to [redacted] by [redacted] at the Johnson Ranch location.Thank you, [redacted] Cosmetic and Restorative [redacted] ***
