Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:CRA walked off the job and demanded a certified check on site for the full 10% before they would returnThey also claimed they wouldn't wait for the c/o, etcWe are not rewriting history, CRA isOnce we didn't cave into their bullying they changed their termsCRA needs to acknowledge this highly unprofessional and unethical actWe have a wonderful and respectful relationship with the townshipYour slander is purely fictionAny issues CRA may or may not have had with the township is solely due to their incompetence as a business and U professionalismFurthermore, they have been hostile towards the township in the pastRevdex.com could reach out to the township to determine who is being truthful here but I'm sure CRA wouldn't like that as it would expose them again rewriting historyYes, there was a sting of plumbing failures, beginning on 7/11/and didn't pass until 12/1/16; months and failed inspections laterOn 8/10/CRA needed to cancel an already scheduled slab inspection because they hadn't finished the required work on timeSlab inspection failed a 2nd time on 12/5/On 8/25/the framing inspection failedWe are also still waiting on an electrical inspectionCRA likes to make light of issues, eliminate details and again, rewrite history in their favor.CRA needs to help make the [redacted] process less unfair by not taking any more [redacted] jobsThey would be doing the homeowner an immense favor.Again, our issue is CRA walked off the job and want to negotiate final payment, BEFORE even completing the jobThey still are not addressing this and their unprompted initial threatsWhy would we want to speak and move forward with someone who treats thier client so abusively? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: CRA walked off the job before completing it, even though they admit they are only due payment once it is completedWhy did CRA initially walk off the job, demanding payment, before even completing it? Please see attached email from owner Chris A.If work is not done according to [redacted] specifications (which CRA agreed to do per our contract) and/or CRA fails to properly meet other [redacted] requirements (such as filling out paperwork) THIS is what holds up the process (and final payment)Someone needs to address what CRA is doing incorrectly that is in turn prolonging the processThis causes the homeowner to have to wait in addition to CRAUNFAIRCRA may claim [redacted] holds up the processThey also claimed our township held up inspectionsHowever, CRA would lie about scheduling inceptions (we were in touch with the township so they were always caught in their lies) and they would fail to return to complete required work before scheduled inspectionsThis resulted in a string of failed inspectionsCRA likes to falsely blame others for their hold ups and failuresAgain, someone needs to look into why it takes CRA so long to close out with ***.To clarify, we, the customer, did not contact ***The boss of our assigned [redacted] housing advisor did because the nature of CRA's emails were so out of line and unprofessionalCRA claims it is UNFAIR to wait for [redacted] payment, however they admit they are waiting for another homeownerThis in and of itself is UNFAIRHow does CRA determine which homeowners are to be treated differently than others? CRA also claims on their website "We are fully experienced with all *** [redacted] requirements and will assist you every step of the way towards a successfully completed projectOur company understands the ***/grant invoicing and payment schedule and are comfortable working within it" (please see attached)This advertising is UNFAIR to customersPerhaps it should be taken down since they self-admittedly are not "comfortable" working within the same payment schedule they claim to be "experienced" inIt is UNFAIR to us, the homeowners, who have waited almost years for CRA to finish this job (after breaching their own contract stating it would be complete within 100-days); yet CRA can't wait for a final [redacted] inspectionCRA is ok with the customer making payments and subsequently waiting long periods of time for work to be completed; but play victim when they need to complete work and wait for paymentIt is UNFAIR when CRA signs a legally binding contract (the Mandatory Contractor Addendum) stating they are aware that [redacted] will not even release the final 10% to the homeowner until CRA has successfully completed certain requirements (including final [redacted] inspection); then CRA turns around and says it is "unfair" to them that they would have to wait for the final 10% (please see attached portion of contract signed by Chris A)If CRA feels this is unfair they should no longer accept [redacted] jobs (and grant money)Homeowner tried to compromise with CRA and offered to pay the final 10% once CRA passed final [redacted] inspection, rather than CRA having to wait for homeowner to be reimbursed by ***However, CRA repeatedly refused and will only come back upon guarantee of a partial paymentCRA has delayed this job weeks (since walking off site 12/5/16) over final paymentHowever, how is CRA creating an issue over final payment when they have not yet completed work (currently putting them in breach of contract)??? Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: CRA walked off the job before completing it, even though they admit they are only due payment once it is completed. Why did CRA initially walk off the job, demanding payment, before even completing it? Please see attached email from owner Chris A.If work is not done according to [redacted] specifications (which CRA agreed to do per our contract) and/or CRA fails to properly meet other [redacted] requirements (such as filling out paperwork) THIS is what holds up the process (and final payment). Someone needs to address what CRA is doing incorrectly that is in turn prolonging the process. This causes the homeowner to have to wait in addition to CRA. UNFAIR. CRA may claim [redacted] holds up the process. They also claimed our township held up inspections. However, CRA would lie about scheduling inceptions (we were in touch with the township so they were always caught in their lies) and they would fail to return to complete required work before scheduled inspections. This resulted in a string of failed inspections. CRA likes to falsely blame others for their hold ups and failures. Again, someone needs to look into why it takes CRA so long to close out with [redacted].To clarify, we, the customer, did not contact [redacted]. The boss of our assigned [redacted] housing advisor did because the nature of CRA's emails were so out of line and unprofessional. CRA claims it is UNFAIR to wait for [redacted] payment, however they admit they are waiting for another homeowner. This in and of itself is UNFAIR. How does CRA determine which homeowners are to be treated differently than others? CRA also claims on their website "We are fully experienced with all [redacted]/[redacted]/[redacted] requirements and will assist you every step of the way towards a successfully completed project. Our company understands the [redacted]/grant invoicing and payment schedule and are comfortable working within it" (please see attached). This false advertising is UNFAIR to customers. Perhaps it should be taken down since they self-admittedly are not "comfortable" working within the same payment schedule they claim to be "experienced" in. It is UNFAIR to us, the homeowners, who have waited almost 2 years for CRA to finish this job (after breaching their own contract stating it would be complete within 100-140 days); yet CRA can't wait for a final [redacted] inspection. CRA is ok with the customer making payments and subsequently waiting long periods of time for work to be completed; but play victim when they need to complete work and wait for payment. It is UNFAIR when CRA signs a legally binding contract (the Mandatory Contractor Addendum) stating they are aware that [redacted] will not even release the final 10% to the homeowner until CRA has successfully completed certain requirements (including final [redacted] inspection); then CRA turns around and says it is "unfair" to them that they would have to wait for the final 10% (please see attached portion of contract signed by Chris A). If CRA feels this is unfair they should no longer accept [redacted] jobs (and grant money). Homeowner tried to compromise with CRA and offered to pay the final 10% once CRA passed final [redacted] inspection, rather than CRA having to wait for homeowner to be reimbursed by [redacted]. However, CRA repeatedly refused and will only come back upon guarantee of a partial payment. CRA has delayed this job 6 weeks (since walking off site 12/5/16) over final payment. However, how is CRA creating an issue over final payment when they have not yet completed work (currently putting them in breach of contract)???

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: CRA and I have been going through issues regarding the errors and the ramp that needed to be corrected. We have been going through this since May 2016. I have emails and notice from the township of [redacted] to prove what is been going on. I keep on asking for a finish date and they have ignored the question. The small issues have not been addressed as of yet and we did discusses theses issues on Aug: 30th. I have that list as well. I am not complaining to hurt anyone but I am because all I been getting is the run around and no answers. Chris who is one of there owners was rude and disrespectful to me and my Husband, telling us what do we care how long or what is being done we are getting all this for free. You see this was a Grant that I received by [redacted] I find that to be horrible. I did email Mr. L[redacted] telling him that I will lift up the complaint when everything is done and has passed inspection by the township and [redacted] I have copies of what ever you may need. However to send them via email it would be a lot. If you choose for me to send it all via US Mail I will be more then happy to do so. I do want to thank you for your help and note that CRA has started on the ramp however if I drop this they will stop the work that's what they do.  So until it is all done I will have to keep this complaint open.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:CRA walked off the job and demanded a certified check on site for the full 10% before they would return. They also claimed they wouldn't wait for the c/o, etc. We are not rewriting history, CRA is. Once we didn't cave into their bullying they changed their terms. CRA needs to acknowledge this highly unprofessional and unethical act. We have a wonderful and respectful relationship with the township. Your slander is purely fiction. Any issues CRA may or may not have had with the township is solely due to their incompetence as a business and U professionalism. Furthermore, they have been hostile towards the township in the past. Revdex.com could reach out to the township to determine who is being truthful here but I'm sure CRA wouldn't like that as it would expose them again rewriting history. Yes, there was a sting of plumbing failures, beginning on 7/11/16 and didn't pass until 12/1/16; 4 months and 4 failed inspections later. On 8/10/16 CRA needed to cancel an already scheduled slab inspection because they hadn't finished the required work on time. Slab inspection failed a 2nd time on 12/5/16. On 8/25/16 the framing inspection failed. We are also still waiting on an electrical inspection. CRA likes to make light of issues, eliminate details and again, rewrite history in their favor.CRA needs to help make the [redacted] process less unfair by not taking any more [redacted] jobs. They would be doing the homeowner an immense favor.Again, our issue is CRA walked off the job and want to negotiate final payment, BEFORE even completing the job. They still are not addressing this and their unprompted initial threats. Why would we want to speak and move forward with someone who treats thier client so abusively?
