Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
As [redacted] knows, the Borough of [redacted] prohibits street parking during snow storms.  My tenants were aware they would need to move there vehicles.  [redacted] told me initially that they did not answer the door when his workers came.  My tenants reported no one knocked and there were there the entire duration of the storm.  [redacted] also could have phoned myself or my secretary to have us call the tenants to move their cars.  The only way to complete the contract would have been for the cars to be removed.  [redacted] first lied and said they were informed to move them and then told us it was not his responsibility to notify them.
My tenant and secretary also reported the front sidewalk was never done.  My tenant shoveled the walkways and steps.  The town plows did not cause the snow on the front sidewalk as the properties on either side were clear.
Again, the job was not completed.  The conditions were left hazardous for my patients, employees and tenants.  I was berated on the phone when I requested the job be completed.   I had to hire a second firm to come out to plow the driveway and parking area and clear the sidewalks.
Regards,
[redacted]

1/23/14. We had an agreement and a signed contract. Per the contract, driveways, sidewalks and porches will...

be cleared in order for us to do our work. Ms. [redacted] neglected to have the cars removed from the driveways. It is not our job to alert residents to move their vehicles, this is Ms. [redacted]'s obligation to do so. The residence should have been notified before the storm even started, as we did have a fair amount of time to prepare. We worked around the cars, we did shovel the walkways and made it clear and safe to walk. Ms. [redacted] states piles of snow were left behind. These piles were left from the town after they plowed the streets which flowed into our work. Also, Ms. [redacted]'s employee, [redacted] notified me that there was snow on the front walk way. I, personally, was there within twenty minutes to fix the issue. If the township plows came by and blocked her driveway, it is not neglect on part of CRA.
Ms. [redacted] sent a letter that she would like to cancel her contract. As per our cancellation policy, you must send a certified letter to do so. Ms. [redacted] neglected to do that. Ms. [redacted] also reported us under the name CRA Site improvement. That is not the companies name. The company is CRA Site, Lawn & Land Development.
Thank you for your time.

Unsatisfactory Work & Highly Unprofessional!
I'm a property manager in the East Brunswick area and hired this company for snow removal. Our first and only experience with them was horrific!!!! They were late and came to work during a blizzard at 1030am and went to lunch at 1:30pm. You would have thought my complex was never plowed with the amount of snow and ice left. We had residents stuck throughout the property. We also had residents slip and fall due to their negligence. After discussing my concerns with the owner [redacted], I was just brushed off! The next day with them was even worse!!! Things that were on the contract he refused to comply with and tried to shake me down for more money. When I sent numerous emails regarding when they would show up for work, I was insulted by the owners son, [redacted] for sending emails. They then responded to emails with lies.
