Fix your paint pens
Tried to use your paint pens and the blue one fell apart and exploded when I tried to open it. The ink will not wash out! It only smears. Fix your paint pens!

We made the mistake of purchasing one of their products (Magrific tiles set) from a local toy store when it was going out of business. We bought a brand new item and paid full price for it. Upon opening the box, couple of the pieces were missing and 20 pieces had small cracks. I wrote Cra-Z-Art an email regarding the issue since the store was no longer taking returns since it was final sale on all items. CZA then asked me to send them photos of the receipt, box, etc. After sending them all the info, there was no response for weeks. I decided to call them. In my whole life I've never spoken to a more stubborn, unsympathetic, worst customer service in existence. Neither the rep nor her manager would agree to either send replacement pieces or exchange the whole set. They didn't offer ANY solutions and kept telling me they can't open a box just to send me 20 pieces or that in the history of operating, they've never seen so many broken pieces in one set. They adamantly refused to help me in ANY way and kept saying that on the store receipt it said final sale, which they translated as AS-IS. The lady was RUDE, STUBBORN, and the only thing she could come up with are RIDICULOUS excuses of why she couldn't help me. WORST COMPANY EVER! There are plenty of competitors who treat their customers with respect. They would rather argue with me over the phone than make things right. How much would it have cost them to send me a replacement? $20 TOPS! I hope you go out of business you crooks!

Review: I have contacted them via their website three times, and their facebook page twice with no response. I purchased two of their Super Blox sets for my sons birthday and they both were missing pieces. We are going on a month now with no reply.Desired Settlement: Replacement and perhaps and an extra set for all this trouble and their ridiculous lack of customer service.

Review: My daughter received a Pottery Wheel from a family member for her birthday from Cra-z-art beginning of February. I bought batteries and could not get the item to turn on. After investigating the product, the area where the batteries belong (which are 4 C batteries) the two batteries that don't go against the spring, but lean against the other battery are not in there tight enough for the batteries to make connection with the metal piece for electricity. I contacted the company. They had me ship the product to them and stated they fixed it. When I received the product back, still the same issue. I called back, and was told the engineer would call me. I waited 2 weeks and no phone call. I called back and was told they would mail me a new one. I received the new one, and same issue. I even had other family members try both products to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. I am correct the batteries can't make connection because they are not tight in that area. If you turn the product upside down, two batteries that touch the other batteries not the spring, fall right out, which should not happen with any product that takes batteries, because they should fit in there snug. I called the company back, this was beginning of May. The reception told me to take both products to Wal-Mart and tell them they are defective and they would give me a store credit. I took both products to Wal-Mart and Wal-Mart informed me they discontinued the product. By now, I'm very upset. I have a child who keeps getting her hopes up over this product. I decided to write the company an email to complain, and stated I would send them both products back in return of compensation so I can go buy her one from another company. I never heard a thing. I called again on March 21st and was told the return service person was gone for the day. She took my phone number and stated she would call on Monday. Today is Thursday March 27th and I have yet to hear from anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like a check so I can go to the store and buy a different brand so my daughter can enjoy this gift. I shouldn't have to fork my own money out for a gift she was given because it does not work.

Review: My son received a Cra-Z-Art LiteBrix product (part number [redacted]). Two parts were missing from the product. I have made three attempts to contact the company to obtain the missing parts as follows:

1) At the direction of their phone operator, I completed their "Contact Us" form on their website and was told I would receive an email or call back. I never heard back from the company

2) Their phone operator took my information and missing parts description and said I would receive the parts in the mail. Parts never received, never heard back from company.

3) Again completed their "Contact us" form and have note received any word back from the company.

PArts missing include:

1) The piece that connects the rotorblade to the helicopter itself

2) One of the small yellow "dots" that goes on the end of the rotor blades.Desired Settlement: I am looking for Cra-Z-ARt to provide the missing parts as promised by their phone operator on two different occasions.

Review: I purchased a 3-in-1 artist easel from Michael's made by Cra-Z-Art. On the box, it says it folds easy for storage. However, due to the way it is made, I have to remove four screws in order to fold easily. I would not have bought the easel if I had known it really could not be folded easily. The box should not say that it folds easy for storage because it does not. I sent an e-mail through Cra-Z-Art's website in January and have not heard anything back. I have tried to call and the phone just rang and rang without an answer when I selected to be connected with the operator.Desired Settlement: I would like at least a partial refund and for the company to change their box so that it does not say that it folds easy for storage.
