Business responded to complaint.This is in response to the complaint listed above. All work performed at Miss [redacted]s house was performed in a professional manner and was approved by Miss [redacted] and her brother at the time of the project. The kitchen drain that we worked on was fully functional when we finished our work. She was informed that there would need to be further maintenance on the line because of a buildup of grease from throughout the years. Also she was informed that the kitchen line was not properly vented and she should address that problem. She never did. When we began working for Miss [redacted] she was referred to us by a friend and another customer. At the time she was complaining about the other plumber that had worked for her previously.
