Business responded to complaint.This is in response to the complaint listed aboveAll work performed at Miss [redacted] s house was performed in a professional manner and was approved by Miss [redacted] and her brother at the time of the projectThe kitchen drain that we worked on was fully functional when we finished our workShe was informed that there would need to be further maintenance on the line because of a buildup of grease from throughout the yearsAlso she was informed that the kitchen line was not properly vented and she should address that problemShe never didWhen we began working for Miss [redacted] she was referred to us by a friend and another customerAt the time she was complaining about the other plumber that had worked for her previously There seems to be a patternThank you for your cooperation in this matter.Sincerely Edward L [redacted] Lake Drainage Inc
