07:00am we were informed that one passenger was actually intending on returning after dropping others at LAX. The change meant what was really happing was two passengers one way at $80 and one passenger doing a day trip special at $46.Making a new adjusted total of $126. A $30 difference .This was charged while you were at the counter under reservation number 03[redacted]007. Later that day our reservation agent believed they had under charged for a normal $50 fare under confirmation number 03[redacted]007 and charged an additional $20.This charge was in error. I have refunded the $20.00 fare. Again our apologies for the confusion.
