Crab's Claw, Inc.

Had the pleasure of dining at Crabs Claw in Atlantic Beach and everything was horrible from the food to the service to the overage charges on my bill.While visiting this establishment on March 30,2016... I ordered food that was not good. Plaintains undercooked, onion rings too hard, fish hard etc. when advising waiter, he continued to walk away as if nothing had been said. Afterwhich he brought us a bill he was then advised again that one of the meals was barely touched. The waiter [redacted] then picked up a bowl of plaintains that hadn't been touched and asked one of the people in our party if they wanted to take the plaintains home with them. Never once did he ask if there was anything they could do. He then advised us that his gratuity was automatically added to the bill. WOW! To add insult to injury, the amount on the receipt was not the amount charged to my card. I then call in to speak with a manager who gets on the phone and tells me that my bank is who overcharged me as well as continued to speak over me. I advised her that the bank stated that was incorrect and the bank has no way of knowing what our bill would be. She then goes on to say "well the bank allows us to do an additional 20% charge to your bill per the new law. She then thought I had hung up and began speaking derogatorily. I then hung up and called back also advising her that I heard everything she said and that I was still on the line while she was speaking. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND ONE OF OUR MEAL SHOULDVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED.Desired SettlementA Refund
