I think they need to change their refund policyYou have to pay for insurance in case you have to cancelThey are the only resort that does thisIf you cancel without the insurance then you have to wait until someone else rents the place to get your refund even if you cancel months in advanceIf no one rents you lose your moneyThat is not a good way to do businessYou charge someone even though they can't make it or they have an emergencyNo one should have to insure a down paymentThat is double dipping in my bookIt sucksI have been waiting months for my money

We have been going to Myrtle Beach for years and have always booked our vacation through CondoLux Inc The staff has been very helpful and polite One year we did the mistake of going through another agency and we found ourselves driving around on a hot Saturday afternoon trying to find another place to stay because it did not meet our expectations Condolux always has beautiful clean places and I know when we book through them we will have a wonderful vacation

This is a great vacation rental organization that guides you every step of the way with emails offering checklists and maps before your trip, detailed instructions before your arrival and instructions on how to wrap things up upon departure. We've rented 2 condo units for the past 2 years and the condition of the units have been incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. We've had great experiences with this company and over the past 2 years they have earned our trust because they deliver everything they advertise.
