To whom it may concern, We did everything that Ms*** had ask us to do, it did take us a little while to get to her we were very backed up on larger jobs, which she was explained that at the time and as far as getting to her house while she was gone we did, we finished a job earlier than
morning and rain was expected and *** sent the crew over thinking it was oka so he was trying to get to the small jobs that had been promised, Ms *** did call and has he was explaining to her what had happened she hung up on him and *** called her back and left her a message of Apology and told her he would come back out she never called us backAs far as the Siding we did replace what she had ask us to, d she wanted us to nail up closer and harder to the house, we told her we couldn't do that if it should break then we would be responsible for itand as far as the Gutters we do not do
