Crabtree Water Hauling

I am extremely displeased with this company. I was unable to get my regular water hauler to come fill my hot tub, so I saw some good reviews about Crabtree, so I placed an order with them to fill my hot tub. I was quoted $165, which I okayed. However, when the truck arrived and began filling my hot tub, really crappy, cloudy water began flowing along with a substantial amount of rust flakes. I immediately got the guy to stop pumping (after the water was about 6" deep. He said that is the way it comes out of the fire hydrant. I told him it is standard procedure to flush the hydrant of the rust first, before filling his truck (which apparently he didn't do). Anyway, he insisted I pay him $100 for his trip, which I reluctantly did (in cash). I then called their office and registered my displeasure with them. They penalized me for not accepting unacceptable water. Apparently this company does not care whether they deliver quality, clear water or not. Very disappointed and feeling cheated and screwed by these people.
