I recently needed to repair some external damage to my home's foundation. This was found as part of a sellers inspection and I wanted to get it corrected quickly. Crack Attack was one of the contractors we called to estimate the work. [redacted] came over within 1 day to review the problem. He quickly assessed the problem and provided a good solution and reasonable estimate. Within four days of accepting the quote, Crack Attack had the problem repaired and looking great. I had some basement foundation crack work done in July 2015. From the time Rob came out to my house for the estimate I knew he was very knowledgeable. He spent the time to go over what the actual problem was, answered all my questions about the street creep issues I was having.

I discovered a pencil thin crack in my basement wall that looked like it had been there for some time. I have poured concrete walls. Rob responded quickly to my call, he came out within a couple of days and fully explained his analysis that it was the result of slight settling and not a structural concern. I contacted Rob regarding a vertical crack that we had in our concrete basement wall/foundation. He was able to fit us in early between a couple of other jobs. Not only does Rob know his stuff - he gave me the entire lowdown on why my basement was leaking, why it likely cracked and some mitigation ideas to keep it from happening again - but he was very personable and professional, too. The crack we had was behind drywall which I had removed, but when he looked closer, he found another crack in an inside corner that would need to be repaired as well. Rob did a fantastic job on the cracks, he even took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, and how the repair was working behind the wall. He likely saved me from having to tear the drywall out again later when the corner crack started leaking. He even threw in a couple of repairs on some short cracks that came off the main cracks for free.

The service I received from Rob at Crack Attack was above and beyond my expectations.
