Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/06/02) */ On 5/19/15, Mr[redacted] was contacted via e-mail from our companyWe spoke to MrHe a few times on 5/19/15, which we were able to get the full story on what happened, and were able to obtain copies of the proposal(s) and warranty Mr [redacted] used to complete his job(s), and MrHe is now aware Mr [redacted] has not been employed with our company since 12/This situation has turned into a legal matter with Mr [redacted] There has been many attempts to contact Mr**, from the office staff and I, so we could update him, but has been unsuccessful

I’m a property manager in the Chicagoland area Unfortunately, I had to deal with basement seepage I [redacted] basement seepage waterproofing companies and called a couple One company told me I would need to tear out the kitchen, bathroom and stairwell…he gave me a quote that was in the tens of thousands!
