Review: In June of 2013 I had found a flood in my basement after ripping down my basement wall I found a foundation crack. I called crack pros and they said they would do an epoxy injection job on the interior portion of the crack but I wanted to properly correct the situation I would need to fix the outside which meant digging trench on the side of the foundation. They charged me $1500.00 and I agreed to let them repair the outside and inside as I was assured this is the only way to stop water from leakingn through. All was good until six months later in December 2013 when the crack started to leak. I found this to be very hard to believe since not only did they repair the inside but the outside portion as well. I received a lifetime warranty from them , so I called and after numerous calls and messages they finally sent someone out to inject more epoxy on the inside . Thats all they did. Even though I had the outside repaired they did not want to break up the concrete and make any repairs underground. Th every next day after they injetced mored epoxy it rained an dthe crack started to leak again. I have called numerous times and left messages but no one has called me back. They received their money and do not want to be bothered. The warranty states if the carck leaks and it is from the same spot they would repair it. I tried explaining that if the water is still coming in then execavation job they did on the outside did not work and should be repaired.They are ignoring my calls. And now I have to spend more money to find someone else to repair it.Desired Settlement: I woul dcrack pros to come and fix the outside portion of the crack where they dug up a trench. The injection job is not working. And since the excavation was part of the origional job I would like that checked into as well not just adding more epoxy which does nothing. Or I would like like a refund for a least half of the $1500
