Disappointed by this visit to the Cracker Barrel.on North Creek Dr in Tinley Park, IL I have been here many times before I think that the service was very very poor this time I felt that the portion size has gotten smaller though the prices have stayed the same.A friend of mine ordered a omelet with sausageIt tasted he said like was poor quality sausage( He is a culinary arts graduate) He also went to eat his grits and the spoon stood up in themThe biscuits tasted like baking powder and the gravy was overly floury in tasteHe did get a refund for his meal once we saw the MGRThey did however charge over $for a large glass of chocolate milk which consisted of them bringing him 1/pint cartons to pour in the glass himselfMy breakfast was supposed to be eggs scrambled, hash-browns, pancakes and baconThe bacon was fineeggs slightly overdone as well as hash brownsWas never advised that there was extra charge for pancakes versus toastMGR that we spoke to could not look us in the eye when apologizing or even speaking to us at allDitto for the waitressAlso waitress claimed she came by our table continually( WE saw her times total) Once to bring the checkA disappointing experience for both myself and my friend considering it had been over years since either had been to a Cracker BarrelDefinitely not worth the $ Visited October

I am at Cracker Barrel store number DJ the server did a wonderful jobThe managers here are on their job would recommend this Cracker Barrel over all other Cracker Barrel's in the world because this is the best water there's not another better I have spoken I am the customer thank you for your time

Waitress made us clean our table after our son spilt his chocolate milk We had to go to the bathroom to retrieve paper towels to clean the table to eat
