Review: Hello,Last year this website called my house phone & I made a purchase for my daughter's SAT/ACT Exams & Guaranteed increase in GPA which had called about & charged my card $216.32 on 10/**/2012. We did receive the DVD's but my daughter never used or opened the DVDs. I paid the expected regular monthly charges on my credit card. However I was wondering why my payments towards my card doesn't finish & that is when I notice fraudulent regular monthly charges of $69.95 per month besides that they had charged my card $216.32 on 10/**/2012. I just emailed [redacted] for the refund but I have not received a reply yet. The total amount they have so far charged is $985.77I asked for a refund but no response so far.Desired Settlement: I will send the two DVDs that they sent which are still not opened or used yet & I want back the total amount of $985.77 they have charged my Master Card so far. I will appreciate your help.Thank You
