Cradle and All

Review: My husband and I hired Cradle and All LLC to provide overnight newborn care services to our twin baby boys, who are now 2 weeks old. We paid Cradle and All a "good faith" deposit of $5,910 for 20 days of services in advance. Within the first week of working with Cradle and All, our assigned overnight caregiver made two same-day cancellations (one cancellation was on the first day of scheduled service in order to attend a class), for which we were not provided a substitute/replacement. Our assigned caregiver was also consistently 15-20 minutes late on the days she did show up (I have emails and text messages to prove). After receiving four days of actual service over a one week period, we decided to fire Cradle and All due to poor service. We gladly agreed to pay in full for these four days of service that were provided as well as a $150 processing fee. However, the owner of Cradle and All, a lady named "[redacted]," who never provided her last name, has refused to refund us the remaining $4,600 that we paid in advance for services not rendered. We have attempted to contact her multiple times over phone (she refuses to answer or call us back) and email. She has only responded by email encouraging us to move forward as we must in order to attempt to collect the money she owes us. We believe the owner has committed fraud, and have reported this incident as a fraudulent claim to [redacted] for the credit card charge that she made to our account.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of $4,600 for services not rendered.
