Cradle to Kindergarten

I ordered a dress they have ship it but usps said they are still waiting for the item
I ordered a dress for my granddaughter to be buried in they say they ship in 2 to 3 days a week later they still have not ship it I asked a refund and was told I can't return it

Company is charging right away but not sending product. Fraud

Item not received after 3 weeks. Lack of communication by company.
Ordered 1 simple monogrammed gift ***, online. As of ***, over 3 weeks, still have not received. No communication from the company except confirmation of order by email. They did not answer my repeated emails when I contacted them 2 weeks after ordering. I had to try several times to call them on the phone. They answered once but wouldn't say anything, just a lot of background noise. I called back. A woman answered, but still a lot of background noise. After asking my order #, she said she was "embroidering the item today" (that day) and mailing it the next. I still have not received it, nor any confirmation of mailing or anything further from them.
