[redacted]. Mr.[redacted] initially contacted Cradlepoint on 6/11/15 at 3:48pm Mountain Time byemail in an attempt to configure email alerts through Cradlepoint EnterpriseCloud Manager (ECM) for his Cradlepoint router.  That email was receivedby...

our Services team who passed it over to our Support team.  A Supportrepresentative responded to Wayne’s email at 4:33pm on 6/11/15.   Icontacted Mr. [redacted] via phone on 06/15/2015 to get a better understanding ofthe issue he was experiencing as well as to resolve any issue he may have beenexperiencing with the Cradlepoint router.  Mr. [redacted] was helpful inclearing up what he was attempting to get from the Cradlepoint router and theCradlepoint Enterprise Cloud Manager service.  I then handed Mr. [redacted]call off to a Cradlepoint Support Engineer to assist in configuring theCradlepoint and Cradlepoint ECM to provide Device Alerts as the customer wasattempting to accomplish.   Duringthe course of that conversation Mr. [redacted] informed the Support Engineer thatthe Cradlepoint router was not what they are using to handle the failover fromthe Primary internet source (Comcast Cable) to the secondary internet source(Verizon LTE).  The customer is using a Sonicwall device to handle thefailover from Primary to secondary connection and was wanting the Cradlepointto provide alerts when a non-Cradlepoint device switched internetconnections.  Unfortunately that is not a capability of any Cradlepointproduct.  The Support Engineer advised Mr. [redacted] to do what he isattempting a change on his network would need to be made for the Cradlepoint tobe able to send Alerts for both internet connections.  Mr. [redacted] was outof the office at the time of the call and stated he would consult with his ITguy once back in the office.
