Called this horrific account firm and got hung up on twice because I asked questions regarding the so called return of my taxesI spoke with Annette the owner and when she did not have an answer she hung upWe paid for a service and were told we should have an email confirmation within the week by JeffI called a week and a half later to talk to Danny who said he would get on it and file it todayShocker no email no updateI called AGAIN today and they said we were to busy dealing with other clientsSo obviously we were not important enough for them, AFTER we paid the full amount on the day of service or lack ofI finally got a reason as to why it was not filed and they said we don't have a copy of your bank account to file it, WHICH I gave to Jeff on the day he came to supposedly do the serviceI asked for a refund and I would take my business somewhere else and Annette was infuriated and said no we did you filingBut she said she didn't do my filing earlier so not sure how she got that conclusionThe service I got was so poor I would not recommend to anyoneSuch a disappointment from a referral
