Cancellation form was faxed to company on 8/6/by a representative of the Everett, WA branchWhen I called on 8/14/to confirm receipt I was advised that the Modesto, CA branch had a broken fax machineRather than calling the Everett branch to confirm form was submitted, I was advised I needed to now scan and email the formI scanned and emailed the form on 8/15/I was also charged on 8/15/for the next month of a service I am trying to cancel
My membership was canceled in August but I was charged in both September and OctoberI have called multiple times and have even walked into the business to inquire about thisI was promised this issue would be escalated to a manager and my money would be refundedAbsolutely nothing has been done to rectify this situation, as it is already November
The massage was great, the customer service was horrific and I was charged almost double what I was quoted and confirmed twice on the phone, in addition to not even receiving one of the services I made an appointment for (because the female that gave me the incorrect pricing also gave me the wrong information about my scheduled services)I was a prior member and was told if I arrived a few minutes early I could sign up for a membership again if I choose and receive either membership or the introductory pricingAFTER my appointment I was told my membership paperwork was cancelled so I had to pay $instead of the $or $that I was quotedThe front desk clerk told me she has to go by what's in the computer so I had to pay $I have been getting massages for years and have never been extorted "at the end" of my visit, but also encountered such disregard for their customers as I have at this locationThis is extremely ridiculous and poor customer service!
