Craft Clerical Clothes

Craft Clothes is the worst company I've ever dealt with. An order was placed in March 2015 through my son's school and it was not until August 2015 that the company submitted the invoice to be paid (PRACTICALLY WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF SCHOOL). I called the company some time in May or June asking why I haven't received notification of his order because I wanted to ensure that I could pay it without any hardships and one of the workers advised not to worry that the company provides notification of balances with more than enough time to pay! WTH 4 weeks is more than enough time to pay?!! UHHH NO!

It doesn't stop there. When I finally receive the items I see that what was previously ordered was not enough for my son to attend school (I had not placed the 1st order). I call them to ask if I could place another order for pick up, I was informed that all items for my son's school were in stock and I could go any day. When I arrive to the location, I was told otherwise!! I still decided to place the order because they had advised that more uniforms were coming on the same day and asked me to wait around. Instead I called the following day because I had no time to wait - and Guess what? [redacted] had not arrived. I gave it until the following week to find out that the company LOST my son's order!!!! Can you freaking believe it? I called them and told them I wanted the status of my order and they could not find any record of it. I give them the information again and was informed that they needed to wait for [redacted] to ship them the items - DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? NO. I give them a call 2 weeks later, and they still have NO RECORD of my order. I ask to speak to the BOSS, and he has the audacity to tell me that whenever the uniforms come in is when I'll be informed of it. I demanded that he give me concrete answers being that he is the boss - you know the status of when the shirts were ordered, or more or less how much longer it'd take to arrive. The RUDE MAN brushed me off and even asked me if I wanted to cancel my order!!!

UGHHHH I wish my son's school dealt with another clothing company.
