On a scale of 0-4, I give TreeWorks Hilo a 5! Everyone in this company with whom I worked [owner [redacted] office manager [redacted], supervisor [redacted], tree cutters [redacted] were professional, timely and highly communicative.
It was a 2-day job, removing 5-70’ Norfolk pines, 18-70’ ironwoods, and 2-small arica palms on a one-lane road with electrical lines; not the simplest of environments. The crew maneuvered four vehicles in the cramped space with ease.
I was always kept in the loop on next steps, never having to initiate questions on my own. The on-site work ethic is commendable. The breaks are scheduled AND short, apparently needed to give them some sit-down time rather than social/relax time. While the pace was driving and steady, they presented neither a rushed nor frustrated posture. I watched them work and marveled at how smoothly and seamlessly they interacted with each other.
I have no experience with other arborists so cannot make a comparison here. I can say that I have no intention of using any other company for this type of service and I can, unequivocally, state that they did an outstanding job for me!
