I called Jeff to service my hot tub He is arrogant and seems to not need customers He would not "speculate" how much the service call would be but, in the end, was horrifically expensive I called to discuss and he basically told me "too bad" They left me with a broken hot tub the day before a winter storm I have been out there for two hours in the snow draining it so it wouldn't freeze Worst customer service
