Paid for a product but have been given the run around for almost 1 years. Now looking for a refund, and the company ignores my requests.
I paid $650 to get a company created within 3 months. Instead, I kept getting up-saled for further improvements to my "website" to make sure it would look the best of the best. After almost 5 months, I spent a total of *** (website, logo, ssl security, custom php, trademark/copyright ownership, etc.. etc..)

After 5 months of very little progress on the website that the company was building me, I asked for a full refund. I was then asked to give the company another chance, as they transferred my projects to a new team that will handle the project very fast and even guaranteed me free marketing at the end of it all.

However, this was not the case. It has now been almost a FULL YEAR and the website is no where near complete and I have no ownership or login credentials to this website. I requested a refund and was told the refund would be looked into, then received no response back from the billing team.

I've tried reaching out multiple times, but my calls and emails/texts are ignored by the representatives of the company.

I made my first purchase on July 29th, 2019. It is not May 13th, 2020 at the time of this complaint. I have all the purchase invoices as well as the conversations between me and the companies representatives who were supposed to be handling my project/website.

On August 23, 2019 I paid $601.00 for a service to copyright and trademark my business logo. In September of 2019 I was emailed a copyright registration certificate that looked that was home made and not an official state certificate. I was shocked to find out that the registration certificate was not found in the state copyright website. After discussing it with my craftive representative, *** he assured me that I would get my official certificate from the state in February of 2020. He said the process takes 6 to 7 months but Every time I talked to him it seemed that there was an extra fee he was trying to get me to pay for the copyright service. I expressed my concern and anger and asked for a refund because I was not satisfied with the service and the runaround I was getting.

I've been emailing and calling my representative ***at craftivelogos and I have not received any responses on my copyright status.
