Review: I ordered a Web Design from Craftive.com. The end Product I cannot use!So I started with [redacted], it took them 6 months to Design a Logo and The Website design, however the issue is that I was very Specific from Day one about what I needed. I stated clearly that it was to be used for a Wordpress site and quite specifically a Thesis Theme! During the six months of design they moved me to Greg Adams and then finally to Isabella Stevenson who said ("if you have any problems after receiving your files I'll help you") Clearly, that was not true. Its a shame because I do like the end website design and although they were painfully slow to deliver, I would like to use it! However after weeks of trying to figure it out, they email me and tell me that they have not designed it to be Compatible with Wordpress! How ridiculous? to spend so long and not do it correctly for the customer! METhen after my repeated phone calls/emails and chat/messaging to all three of the people I mentioned above, they just ignore me! Go FigureI have since found more Complaints online about the company Craftive.com but its too late now I've spent over 6 months of my time and can't get that back. Can the Revdex.com help, as all I want is what I paid for. I'm not interested in any money back, and they can't replace my time!Desired Settlement: I want my Design made Compatible with WordPress as was specifically Instructed from DAY ONE.
