The builder instructed me to work directly directly with this company in regards to my cabinet issues. I worked with them directly for the other repairs. I worked with them directly when they took my cabinet door for replacement. I worked with them directly when I scheduled the various appointments that they did not honor. I worked with them directly when they repeatedly apologized and promised to make it right. It seems very convenient for the management to now claim that my complaint is with the builder. That does not make sense to me. Craftmasters and I have been working together on this - if it had gone well, they would have received credit. It is now expected that they will receive the blame for the poor service
