Very sleazy sales people, set expectationsUpon placing order my wife called service deptfor a whole week to sorder, answering service kept taking messages with no return callsI then tried my luck following week and experienced same issueI called their sales deptrequesting a cancellation and all of a sudden I received a call back to schedule my delivery? I initiated a delivery date with their shipping dept., unfortunately this date was missed which resulted me in taking a day for no reason? We also gave away our mattress same day expecting a deliveryWhen contacting the shipping company they advised an error was made and could not come up with an explanation why deadline was missedAdding insult to injury, delivery company broke a picture frame when delivering to my address Finally when I received the bed it was not what I was soldI received two twin beds which had a gap in the middle, my wife and I couldn't sleep all night as there wasn't any room to maneuverWorse off bed looked cheap in design and not very comfortableI can't believe I was doped into buying a $3,bedI contacted Craftmatic sales team a day later to return bed and was hung up eight different times to get to my sales rep? One of those times the salesman ( ***) cursed while I was on hold not realizing I could hear everything being saidI was offended in his remarks of calling me a ' [redacted] " and a " [redacted] "When [redacted] realized I could hear everything he said he immediately hung up on me againWorse experience ever, I want a full refund and expectation is not to pay any restocking fees as I was deceived on the product purchased from day one Do yourself a favor- stay away from this company, worse customer service and product definitely not worth the price

I bought a craft-matic bed for my 91-year old mother I thought the options would be great for elevating her legs, assisting her to get in/out of bed, etc The internet sales said it would be delivered within days and it took Then there are the delivery issues! The bed was deliverd to the assisted living facility at pm on a Sunday, with nobody at Craft-matic to call with problems I go an answering service who told me he was just that, and unable to help me (so why have an answering service??!!)The following day was Memorial Day, so again a holiday with nobody to call The bed was ordered to be inches SHORTER than the "usual bed" and the bed was delivered and stoo tall, which my mom could not climb in/out of bed so she had to sleep in her chair Not a good night's sleep She might have to sleep in the chair again tonight bcause of the holiday (old bed has been disassembled to make room for the new bed) She had a rough night!
Craft-matic is all about the sales and not the follow-up No way to correct this situation immediatley, and my mom is having to endure a worse night for sleeping since her old bed is disassembled And since she had to be woke up for the delivery (she goes to bed around 7:pm) and the delivery was at 9:pm (and took awhile for the set-up), this delivery was not very customer-oriented!!! Very dissatisfied!

Do yourself a favor- stay away from this company, worse customer service and product definitely not worth the price.

I purchased bed and mattress. Mattress held up less then 14 months, had to be thrown out or I had to pay $300 to get a new one IF they deemed it was defective. Mattress totally broke down. Fast forward 3 yrs., the frame / adjustable arms broke making the bed totally inoperable. Customer service only responds to e-mails. Asked for a service tech to pls call to make an appt. to repair this bed. Husband is totally bedridden and cannot even sit up on his own. 3 days have passed without a call , only e-mails saying "we are waiting on our techs to get back to us" .. Horrendous company to do business with.

Had a agreement that I try there bed for 30 days in home free. It is advertised on the web sight return no question asked if returned within 30 days.They delivered bed on 17 November. DECEMBER 1 I FAXED THEM A LETTER TELLING THEM I DIDN'T WANT THE BED. I called them 3 times and they hung up on me 4 time I reached them and got someone name [redacted]. He ask who salesman name was. I told him I didn't no and he said you gave your card information to a salesmsn and don't no who he is. I said yes. He said just a minute then hung up on me. I then called back and got a fellow that sound like same fellow who hung up by the name [redacted]. I said why you hang up on me. He said there a lot of [redacted] working here. I said I wanted to talk to a supervisor. He said no way but he have someone call me back. Then he hung up on me. I then called my credit card company and had them stop payment on the credit card. A fellow called back 3 times while I was talking to the bank. He also left a message with phone number and extension. I called him back and told him to get the bed out of here in 10 days or I put it on the street. He said I will have you arrested. I then called got a fax number and sent a fax telling them to get the bed out of here that I didn't want or like it. A lady called from accounting office said she had the fax and would give it to the people across the hall. I called customer service and told lady who I was and to get the bed out of here. I didn't like or want the bed. She said they send by e mail and U S Mail a form I needed to fill out so as to return bed. Today December12 My wife received a letter by E Mail saying I had to return it to there dock in Florida. And it cost me $689.10. I never signed an agreement and the sales man told us it be $75.00 per mattress to return the bed. I think he recorded that statement and that was what he told me and my wife over the phone. And if he didn't recorded it then he has no agreement.
