My Contractor Craftsman Customer Builders LLC was suppose to be completely work on one of my properties at *** XXXXX.
I was doing final inspection before paying final balance. All new windows they had installed were all screwed up. I found out they never pulled permits and therefore no inspections were completed. I am not paying for new windows that were done incorrectly and would never pass inspection but at this time I can't get Craftsman Custom Builders to rectify the situation.
Permits pulled for new windows. New windows installed by professionals and all inspections done by the City of Panama City, FL
We truly appreciate Mr. communication and feedback regarding his concerns and requests. We have discussed the situation with Mr. and Craftsman agreed and completed reinstallation of the windows to resolve any concerns. The city inspected the reinstallation today and provided a certificate of completion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for Mr. and we will continue to address any future concerns that may arise. Thank you
