Dear ***, Here is my response to the complaint lodged against my buisness by [redacted] The complaint started with a lie"My sister and law was dropping off her kids"I approached [redacted] about his sister and law that I had just terminated from the apartment next door and he told me she was staying with him, and her car has been at my propery ever since that timeHe has an unauthorized occupant and his lease has been terminated begining in september Please fact check any online postings because the lies that have been sent to you are slanderous at best Please contact me if you have any further questions Sincerly [redacted]

Thanks for the opportunity to respond to this unfounded complaint. We have no record of your earlier attempt to contact us.To begin with, Ms *** was not the tenant under the lease agreement, only an occupant. Mr *** *** was the tenant. If she has a complaint, it
should be with her boy friend who didn't pay her rent.It is true that they had occupied two other residences. They were downstairs in a two bedroom apartment and wished to move upstairs. We accommidated them very reluctantly. When a two bedroom manufactured home became available, they wished to move again. Once again we accommodated them very, very reluctantly.Then Mr *** decided that he wouldn't pay the rent. When that became apparent, we served a one day notice to vacate as was agreed to in our lease agreement. They vacated voluntarially in order to forgo eviction.As to entry into their residenceOur lease agreement gives us right of entry, but we never go to a residence unless the tenant requests maintenance of if the rent has not been paid. It is our practice to knock loudly on the door several times. If no response, we open the door assuming no one to be home to accomplish whatever maintenance the tenant has requested. We yell through the residence as we enter. Apparently, Ms *** waited until she heard our maintenance man yell.Ms *** contends that she has no business with my son. In fact all of her business is with him. He is the owner. I merely help him manage his properties

I am rejecting this response because The*** of this property can not with out legal documentation such as a trepassing order, deny someone visitation to my apartment, the owner is mad and has been harassing me and my family He illegally blocked my cars in and called a wrecker to tow our vehicles with no reason he could actually explain,he left as soon as he knew the police had been called, his statements were far beyond contradictionThe lease states a hour guest is authorized, she stayed one night because her work is around the corner, we also watched her kids for several days as she dropped them off before heading to work** * *** has been a nuisance to several tenants, most of which have left, he had no legal right to end or residencyIn fact *** *** here is in fact inspected the apartment and found nothing to show an unauthorized persons staying, I also have video proof of his illegal activity of blocking our cars, but this has gone long far enough and no longer want to stay at this apartment being harassed, I served years in military and I don't need to be hassled by an uneducated racist bigot.

This is my last response to [redacted] f's complaint:
[redacted]s name calling does'nt change the facts that his own statement  is what started this. I asked him if she was staying and he responded that she had moved in, and up to the time of termination of the lease he car remained parked out in front of my property. Clearly [redacted] is a liar. If [redacted] could read he must have read the fact that his month to month lease could be terminated for any or no reason with a 30 day notice. Today we took possesion of [redacted]s apartment and it had a broken door and window stained and damaged carpet. Blinds that were damaged and must be replaced, and need I say that it is filthy dirty. [redacted] I hope that you get what it is that you want in life, I just want you tou be a man and get off the goverment [redacted]  and make somthing of your life
