unused personal training session.  This refund was processed to her credit card on file the same date, which she would have seen in 3-5 business days.     It was Ms. [redacted]’s desire to terminate the gym membership, and we respectfully provided the refund for resolution.  We wish Ms. [redacted] well in her future fitness endeavors.      Kim [redacted] Executive Affiliates, Inc.
