I am rejecting this response because: I was told the item will arrive the first part of May. I am waiting to see if this is the case. Getting a replacement of an item should not take months or more

In response to ID: for *** ***. My records reflect the merchandise is scheduled to be replaced as soon as we receive it from the manufacturerUnfortunately, there were delays with this item from the manufacturer and again in shippingHowever, this piece has shipped and is
expected to arrive sometime next weekAs soon as we get the item in, we will work with the customer to get it swapped out. Also, we have been in recent contact with this customer to let them know that it should arrive any day and we look forward to getting their situation fixed and them in a new piece of furniture.
