I am rejecting this response because:Revdex.com: I have made contact with the business They have come to repair the incorrect work from before however I am not
sure if the fix will last I am not sure the tub has been sealed properly If the paint has not been sealed properly mold and water can seep under and cause additional damage. I am requesting to keep my complaint open for another month or two If the fix does not last, I would like to get my money back so I may seek another reliable company to fix the damage

Review: Craftsman Tub refinishing came to my house and refinished my tub on May 3rd. Approximately a little over a month later the new bathtub refinishing is peeling. The center where the drain is, the surrounding refinishing is lifting. The area started to get water under it. The area leading to my drain was not properly sealed to avoid water getting under the refinishing. I have followed all instructions and care as provided by the business. I contacted Craftsman for a few weeks and the owner/manager at [redacted] keeps indicating he is out of town and the only one who can fix it and will call me back when he returns. This has been a few weeks now and still not able to set a date and time to get the tub properly fixed and sealed. I have noticed the original website that was up around May is down and no longer available. The owner has been hesitant and avoiding the issues when speaking with him and indicating he has my number and will call me back. The business did not do a proper job on refinishing and sealing my tub. Mold and mildew is a big health concern since my family suffers from asthma and my elderly mom has respiratory issues.Desired Settlement: I would like to have either my money back. The water getting under the refinishing can eventually lead to my tub being damaged and well as mold which can lead to health issues given my family has asthma and respiratory issues.The amount to fix the damages if not properly refinished and sealed can be expensive. I would like to avoid such by obtaining a refund and seeking out a reputable company. I am not sure proper work can be done given the owners avoidance and hesitation.
