We hired Craftsmen Home Improvements to replace the roof on our family home Tim J came to take measurements and talk with me about the various issues and options concerning our roof He was patient with my questions, gave clear and helpful answers and got back to me with an estimate by the next day Maria was fantastic in helping us schedule a time when the crew would come to work on the roof and she was very responsive to my questions along the way The crew was friendly, efficient and really took care to protect our siding and landscaping as they torn off the old shingles There were a couple small follissues after the roof was done that I was concerned about but as soon as I mentioned the issues CHI promptly sent guys out to the house several times until everything was finished and I was completely satisfied If you are looking for a company that you can trust and one that stands behind their work I would recommend CHI They will work with you until the job is done right

In April, three fine gentlemen arrived, as friendly and respectful as could beI had worried about dust and dirt in the house and had brought out sheets and tarps to hang or protect furnitureThe workers cheerfully cooperated with my ideas for protection but then added their own! They were ready to do a quick, clean job! It only took two days, and all our beautiful new windows are in! All trim is put back in place -- there's not an unfinished detail anywhereThe windows are wonderfulWe swear it's quieter in the house, so we expect the superior sealing work the windows are doing will result in warm, toasty rooms this winter with no drafts and lower heating bills to boot! Craftsmen Home Improvement did a great job installing our patio door Their price was fair In fact they gave me a nice Angie's list member discount They usually do not do such a small project But since they previously installed my roofing (Great job!!!), they did it Because they did such a great job and were so helpful on my roof, they were my go to company In fact after some brief discussion I ordered their recommended fiberglass door They arrived promptly and worked closely as a team They also fixed my rotting subfloor near the door After the install the screen door was one quarter inch too low They arranged to have the rep fix it Discount for review

Craftsmen Home Improvement did a great job installing our patio door Their price was fair In fact they gave me a nice Angie's list member discount They usually do not do such a small project But since they previously installed my roofing (Great job!!!), they did it Because they did such a great job and were so helpful on my roof, they were my go to company In fact after some brief discussion I ordered their recommended fiberglass door They arrived promptly and worked closely as a team They also fixed my rotting subfloor near the door After the install the screen door was one quarter inch too low They arranged to have the rep fix it Discount for review
