I ordered the Wilton Sweet Ideas calendar. I received three billings from them instead of two. When I called about the third bill, I spoke with [redacted] She quickly pulled up my account information and informed me that my account had been paid in full. :)
This company repeatedly sends out books that are not ordered and without the customer's permission and then forces you to pay for them. Over the years I have thought I ordered them and then paid thinking it was my fault. I purposely did not order the books and am then threatened by the company with submission to a credit company/lawyer if I don't' pay for it. I sent it back thru mailbox but still get threatened. I ended up paying for the last book I will ever pay to them and wrote a note, with the payement, telling them not to send me anything ever again, that I would not pay, return or track it. Guess what showed up at my doorstep last week. I am not going to spend my time with this again or their book which I want to throw in the trash, like I do everything else that I have not requested.
