At no point in time did Crafty Eagle Contracting LLCcontract or complete any work for the individual issuing the complaintI was contacted by *** *** via email and phoneImmediately I responded to his emailI expressed to him that we never contracted or conducted work for him and that his
complaints and resolutions need to be taken care of by the company that he purchased his home from *** *** *** ***After relaying the information and complaint to *** *** *** ***., I was told that *** *** had received and signed a settlement of $from *** *** *** ***for full satisfaction of subsequent claims related to*** *** *** *** ** *** Following the email from myself to *** *** explaining the appropriate recipient of his complaint, he responded stating " I am in no way saying that you are legally responsible to fix anything, I realize you’re notI just thought as the owner of the company you would want to see the work that was done by your employees." *** *** initial and further contact with Crafty Eagle Contracting was deemed to be aggressive and threatening in manner, as well as unjustified with verbiage and accusations

I had to pay $3000  to have the porch repaired after there terrible work. New wave properties said they are not responsible because it is on the builder crafty eagle...the 1000 dollar credit was for a sewer issue that had nothing to do with crafty eagle. The company does terrible unsafe work and should be held liable. . The company that came out to fix my porch literally said the work that was done was terribly on safe in the porch kind of caved in at any point they are willing to give you a statement if you would like I also have pictures of their horrible work if you would like to see them
