Crager Properties

Refusal of Crager Properties LLC to refund security deposit after telling us that we had done what was needed to receive the refund. Refused phone calls for 2 months and failed to notify of the refusal to refund deposit for 2 months. the refund was to be sent within 30 days. After assuring that all was ok decided that we were responsible for a breakdown of their sewer system. Please see attached communication.
