I called ahead to check on a piece of equipmentI was told it was available and that the cost was $I told them I'd talk with my spouse and call them back if we decided to get this.I called back with confirmation and was retold that this cost $I went to the store to pick this upThen I was told by mark and jayleen that this was $Upon checkout the bill said $I asked jayleen about this and she said that's the cost for the equipmentI reminded her that she just told me along with other people that this cost $She said she would go find outShe took her list to mark who stated that it cost $Then she showed him a piece of paper where he stated OK it says $charge her $ Jaylenn then came back and stated that it would be $I asked her why they would all tell me prior to driving all the way up therethat it was a different priceAnd then be told the same price by different people only to get charged $moreThe lady was rudeUnhelpful and unapologeticShe didn't offer any fix to the situation I asked her if she could make sure that all the employees were aware of the correct price to which she ignored me
