picked up by *** *** and I believe it sat at their yard for about one week as they waited to fill their trailerAlong the way in *** they had an issue with their trailer and spent around two weeks to get it back on the road. Once the car arrived for delivery *** was out of town "gambling" as he put so I had driver drop the unit off with me** ** *** who I believe is the owner of *** told me the car would arrive on a Thursday and then Friday and then Saturday morning as I was leaving to attended my grandsons soccer games he called and said the driver was waiting on me so he could unload the carThe car would not start when it came time to unload I told the driver I could not wait around since he had to unload the other cars in his trailer before he could unload ***'s car. He said that if I could help him unload the car he would take care of me because he had another appointment waiting on himThe discount *** received was due to me convincing *** *** that it would be the professional thing to do He stated that no one else was receiving a discount and we should not eitherHe reluctantly gave *** off the *** cost and I gave out of my pocket .Once *** arrived back in town he said he did not want to drive the car from my house to his because he did not know the condition of the tiresI loaded up the car on my trailer and took it to him at no extra cost. He was not real happy with the seller about the condition of the car as one of the mufflers had fallen off due to the entire exhaust system being rusted outThru the whole process of moving his car I had given *** a ton of information from everything to checking the title of the car to make sure it was a savage title to what the *** company was responsible for as far as damage that *** discovered once he inspected the carSo from pushing his car off the ***ers trailer and arriving late to my grandsons soccer games to keeping his car in my garage for three days and then delivering it to his house all at no extra charge I think he should think twice about me defrauding anyoneI have moved over vehicles in the past ten years and have never received one complaint Thanks for your time ***

I am rejecting this response because: 1st of all, I was in *** *** attending a family reunion when the car arrived. I was not "gambling" as *** ***, for unknown reasons, fabricated.In his story, *** *** failed to address the original shipping price ($1,200...per a direct conversation I had with the owner of GAS, *** *** *** (I have his conversation on file)In his response, *** *** failed to address his verbal order to the delivery driver to leave blank on the Bill of Lading the cost and the date. This is a major felony, per our local DA officeIn his response, *** *** never mentions the vulgar diatribe he unleashed on *** *** because he (*** ***) divulged the truth to me (original $1,shipping, plus his own offer to reduce the cost to me because of the delay his company experienced (again, on file)With an original shipping cost of $1,(NOT $1,as *** *** opines), minus the deduction due to delayed shipping that *** *** offered "for a dinner for me and my wife ($150), my bill should have been only $1,050.I had to laugh when I read the part where *** *** says he gave $of his own to the driver. Ridiculous. Besides that, I gave *** *** an additional $for taking care of this matter while I was out of town.Bottom line: *** *** has again lied and in his protracted response failed to address the main points of contention I have raised.Thank you,*** ***
