This concerns my security deposit check which I received on 8/with a deduction of $which I am disputingI emailed Craig the next day asking as to what the charge was about because on the check it was noted with the cryptic "unit turnover." He answered that there were "two bulbs which needed replaced and one blind which came to $for those replacements An the other $charge was the cleaning of the oven/stove and drip pans replacement and the hall closet needed paint touch up." I answered in an email that no light bulbs needed replacement and I was not aware of a blind needing replacement eitherI asked him to substantiate his claimsI also cleaned to oven and the stove with the exception of the dripping pans which the former tenant from whom I sublet the unit said that Craig told him he did not need to replace them and that Craig would take care of themI explained that to Craig in my emailI also explained that in the email sent our from his secretary there was n

The kitchen area needed cleaned due to food and debris/dirt along side of the stove and refrigerator and was clearly visible and needed re cleaned. A light clean was required. Many thanks!
