Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Attached is the repair order I received from Craig & Landreth service centerIn their response they stated that there were no existing issues with the carWritten on the Repair order are the details regarding Error codes that showed up when the service center ran the diagnostics toolCounting these numbers, you can see that there are potentially different things wrong with the car in questionNot to mention the fuel leak I had repaired, and the Transmission I had to have replaced.Once again, the car was advertised to me as reliable and having passed a "100-point inspection"Looking at the repair order, and with the knowledge that I've already had two separate repairs done to the car (one of which was a VERY major issue)It's easy to come to the conclusion that the initial inspection was either lackluster, or skipped over entirelyThis is just blatantly poor quality control.Regarding the keysI was told by the finance manager at the time, [redacted] , That he would have a spare set of keys ready for me within a few daysThis was a verbal agreement that was failed to follow through with.If the company is unwilling to compromiseI wish for my complaint to stay on the Revdex.com page for the companySo potential future customers know what they're getting into when doing business with Craig & LandrethPoor customer service and even worse quality control are things I don't want affecting anyone who is signing a lease with this businessAnd hopefully this entire ordeal will be the motivation Craig & Landreth needs to improve in these areas Regards, [redacted]

Craig & Landreth Cars has been in business for years and our Revdex.com rating speaks for itselfWe have no problem helping Ms*** but as a company we also have a responsibility to look out for our employee's safetyWe did not take only one persons word concerning the threats that were madeIt has recently been brought to my attention that Ms*** has also left a nasty message with our service centerOur service manager, *** *** has told me that if she will bring the car to him at the address we provided to her he will solve the A/C issueI am sending you copies of the repairs which total to a substantial amount of money we spent after the fact, on an AS IS vehicleIf we were attempting to take advantage of Ms*** none of these repairs would have been made after the factWe greatly appreciate Ms***'s business and hope that she will bring her vehicle to our service center so we can resolve this issue. *** *** a manager of Craig and Landreth Cars has been in contact with Ms ***We have a car that is at a GM dealer being inspected so we can show her the car this weekWe have no problem trying to help as she has a service contract that she can use as wellWe couldn't duplicate her
problems the last time we had the car and there was no history in the computer of her gmc. Also I went to meet with her at our fern creek store, I grabbed the wrong folder which had nothing to do with her deal. that's how I showed her a wrong document. It was totally my fault for grabbing the wrong deal, I tried to explain what happenedAt that point she thought I was trying to mislead her and our conversation ended although I said I saw the we owe she signed. We aslo have a car fax on the car she bought. We check all cars to make sure they can be sold as a good car for a customer. I will be glad to provide you a odometer reading of when she bought the car and how many miles she has drove it since she bought the car Ms *** comment about a manager saying without wrecked cars we would have no cars to sell is a complete lie. As I said if she don't want to deal with us she doesn't have to cause she has a warranty that will repair her carI will have *** *** contact her this week when the other vehicle is ok for us to sell her if she wants itwe want our customers to be happythank you J*** ***

Please find attached documents regarding Mr. [redacted] purchase of a 2014 Ford Taurus.1) We Owe stating what is promised by sales person/dealership2) Federal Buyers Guide3) 110 Point InspectionThe $50 mailed to Mr. [redacted] was the customers participation in Craig and Landreth Chrysler Dodge...

Since Mr. [redacted] has already purchased a SD card we would be happy to provide a refund for what was paid ($60) providing a receipt is provided. Our service records do not reflect the need for a replacement of tire/tires. As always our customers are encouraged to return to the dealership for discounted parts and service as the need may arise.Respectfully,

SEE ATTACHMENTAt 54,000 miles and almost one year ago, [redacted] came in to our service department and verbally abused some of my employees. At this time, we contacted [redacted] and got their approval to repair several things that were NOT covered under factory warranty and were a cost of well...

over $1000.00, it is now almost a year later, he has put over 23,000 miles on the vehicle and he wants to come back and complain that we had not repaired his vehicle. Again, threatening my employees.[redacted] is not welcome at Craig & Landreth. We cannot keep his car "new" for him and not charge him. Craig & Landreth has tried to help him. This time he brought a threatening letter with him and threw a tirade at the employee's.In his complaint he misstated what really happened. After read his letter called and asked him to come and pick up his vehicle because we were not going to work on it. Craig & Landreth never sold this van to [redacted] and we have no desire to business with him.

A reading of my odometer can and will be supplied. The Acadia was bought for everyday family use as well as a work vehicle which entails travel 5 days a week. As stated I do have a warranty. On December 20, 2017 I was told the Acadia would be traded in. On December 22, 2017 I was told everything was fixed on the Acadia. I returned the loaner car and was told to drive the Acadia until a new Acadia came in or one was found. I did not use the warranty between December 23,2017- March 4, 2018 due to the fact I didn’t think these problems would still be of a concern to me. I did however use the warranty when I question the noise I heard and took it to Curtsey GMC and Buick. My only intent of this was to have a resolution. I feel like my concerns and attempts to reach out in regards to a new Acadia were put to the side. I have kept in contact with [redacted] weekly since January of 2017 until March of 2018 asking about the status of a new Acadia. I have also checked the dealerships website almost daily to check if new inventory was listed. This whole process is 12 days shy of 6 months and I truly just want it to be over. I saw no solution to my problem in the near future and it is/was quit upsetting. I stand by what I say and hope this company proves to as well because at one time I was a happy costumer. However that happiness was short lived and what I have been encountering since then is not okay. Since filing the complaint on 2-13-18 [redacted] contacted me on 2-14-18 and stated “[redacted] was looking for an Acadia for you now”. On 3-1-18 I picked up an Acadia that I currently have to test drive. I will return to the Fern Creek location on 3-5-18 to discuss prices. I want nothing more than this to be a part of my past that I no longer have to deal with.
