Review: This doctor is very dishonest, he will keep your x-rays and will tell you that he doesn't have it, so you can't go to another dentist if you have masshealth insurance because he knows that you can't have x-rays taken again for 3 years.Desired Settlement: I would like the office to give me my x-ray or take the same x-ray to repalce the one that I bring over there.

The patient claims that she brought the original set of x-rays from her previous office. The patient was informed that patients always bring in copies and not the original x-rays. The patient had some new x-rays taken at our office and was given copies of all the new ones. If in fact she did bring a full series of x-rays from the previous office, we do not have it. We contacted the patient and offered for her to return to us to retake the full series of x-rays free of charge and we would give her a copy. The patient still has not called us back to come in for new x-rays.
