Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] was to submit our Federal Tax returns and amend our California tax returns with our child's SSN so we could receive any additional credits for our children - if applicable He did neither of theseHis job was not to find out if we could get additional tax credits and to file our taxes regardless of what they look like This was not doneWe are now working with another accountant [redacted] , who has filed our both our Federal and California returns, and it was completed within a week and a half, and it only cost us $Whereas, Mr [redacted] charged us $and provided us with no services renderedWe were under the impression that we didn't have to pay for an accountant to learn his job and that he would have at least produced the same tangible results, which was to submit our tax returnsWe respectfully request the $we paid to Mr [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

of these. His job was not to find out if we could get additional tax credits and to file our taxes regardless of what they look like.  This was not done. We are now working with another accountant[redacted], who has filed our both our Federal and California returns, and it was completed within a week and a half, and it only cost us $1500. Whereas, Mr [redacted] charged us $2400 and provided us with no services rendered. We were under the impression that we didn't have to pay for an accountant to learn his job and that he would have at least produced the same tangible results, which was to submit our tax returns. We respectfully request the $2400 we paid to Mr [redacted]
