Hired this business to poor a floor for a garage, seemed personable and honest at the time I gave this business a check on July 6,in the amount of $to begin work Estimated to commence on 7/12/Estimated finish date was given by the contract to be 7/14/ There has been very little work completed as of 8/22/2017, and numerous reasons given by the contractor as to why the work has not been completedI have left countless phone messages for the contractor and the last contact was on 8/14/as a message on my phone thatHe would be on-site the next morning at To this date there has been no contact from the contractor even after I have left messages to collect his equipment from the site.Today I removed the forms myself and they are in my yardI have hired another concrete company to do the work It appears that this has been a pattern with this contractorTo collect up front money and not complete the job as complaints on this site seem to justifyThe little work that was done appears to Be subpar as the thickened elde was less than eight inches deep from grade and theForms where never completedBad experience and lost $for maybe hoursOf work and an ton of poorly graded rockBeware!

I was hired to tearout old brick porch by [redacted] and to replace it .   [redacted] knew I was busy at the time we agreed to have me do porch job , he said he wasent in any hurry.   I tore out old hand rail and jackhammered old brick and concrete out of porch and steps I then hauled off...

three loads of brick ,wood and concrete.   then I dug new footers and poured then for the new brick,   I then delievered brick to [redacted]s home for the new porch and steps.   due to personals issue I was not in town for over a week .when i went to complete [redacted]s  he had someone else laying the  block I bought     at this point I figured he got tired of waiting for me and had someone else finish the job because I was so busy, I think that all the hard parts of job were completed by me and all his new guy had to show up and lay brick a full refund of deposit seem unfair I was hired and the time table  was left open(   i have done 5 jobs for [redacted] over the last 8 years with out a problem and because he wasent in a hurry a I agreed to take on the project.   only refund I think is due  is a few hundred dollar at best   thank you [redacted]
