Craig ranch Fitness is not refunding our membership charges which we requested due to Medical reasons even though they promised to refund.
1/5/2020: Took Couple Membership
1/6/2020: My left leg foot got stress fracture and doctor advised not to do any physical activities for at least 8 to 10 weeks.
1/10/2020: We haven't used single session.We requested to cancel our membership due to the above medical reason.
Then we were told to submit Doctor note and put cancellation request so that we will get refund of the money and there were email communications on followup of refund.
We filled Cancellation notice and submitted the doctor note about my issue. After that we didn't got responses and on 02/03/2020 our credit card is charged again for the Feb 2020 month and when I reached the office we were told to freeze the account and use the funds in future which we told do not want to continue and requested refund as promised. After that email reply I didn't got any reply back. Please do the needful to get full refund.
I would like to get refund of my Jan and Feb membership charges.

Member entered chargeback for February payment. January payment has been refunded to card on file. Member should see credit in 7-10 business days.

They ask you to give the cancellation letter signed in a paper and then later when you call they say they dont have ur cancellation paper. Unfortunately I didnot take a copy of that paper I gave. If you try to call their accounts department they say the person didnot come. I am calling them for 3 days atleat 10 calls a day

Member completed a downgrade form in July. Within 2 weeks, she completed a cancellation form as well. She spoke with the Member Services Director at length. The Member Services Director verified that both forms had been received, processed the cancellation, and refunded the month immediately. The refund was processed the same day that this complaint was filed.
