Craig Swapp & Associates

I was very disappointed in Craig Swapp in that they advertise a free consultation for anyone to discuss a case and do not hold true on this in my opinion. After speaking to an operator, I was told that the attorney wouldn't be able to add enough value to justify taking the case, so the attorney would not be able to do a consultation and offer the advice that they falsely claim on their website you can get with 'One call, that's all'. I felt it to be very misleading and unprofessional.
